my neighbors dogs killed my other neighbors cat the other day. she put up flyers the next day, and i feel super guilty because i know. ive seen her sitting on her porch looking really bummed, should i tell her call anon or what idk what to do i know she really cared for her cat because all her pets are so well groomed. i was thinking id give her a kitten because my friends cat had a litter ....
